I'm working my way through some old content (on live) and I've found two questlines that I cannot progress with because items are bugged. The first is the warg mounts in Loping Plains - the "Dire Wolf Muzzle" cannot be equipped as there is no slot on the item. It has to be equipped in charm before you can use it - I tried using from inventory but nada. (http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/2816018523). The same problem with Save the Reets quest in Sebilis. The "Reet Marching Orders" scroll should be equipped to use, but no charm slot (http://u.eq2wire.com/item/index/1825591931). Please can one of the nice dev chappies check this out, not sure if other items are affected too. My little froggy friends say they want to get out of jail as soon as possible please!
OK ignore this one, got a very quick response from customer support (thank-you!). It appears that you can drag the item to your charm slot even though it's not described as a charm. I'd dragged it to character window and double clicked - but dragging directly to charm slot works. The frogloks are free! Doh!
