Characters taking time to show on character list

Are newly created characters taking time to update on the site? I created a new fae Monk for my wife's account and leveled her to almost 9th and know I played at least an hour, yet she does not show under the characters on my wife's account (and the kitty guardian is gone). Does it take time to sync up?

[p]Are you refering to the character list on the launcher/updater or the character list at Character screen?[/p][p]Heck, all my characters disappeared from the launcher/updater list when they changed the forums. Now I get the message.[/p][p]"No characters found" Although I have maxed out my 10 slots on my primary account and 6 on my secondary.[/p]
