Fixed Internally Character voice-over options broken

In the Character window, under Options, Voice, there are the Emote and Combat drop-down menus.

At the top of each, there is a <None> option that, years ago, would mute your character's voice-over. This was nice to use when none of the voices matched your character as you'd chosen to portray them. About three years ago, there was a coding change that broke these options, and <None> no longer works.

Choosing <None>, and then clicking the test buttons to the left in the default UI version of the window will produce sounds of whatever the setting was set to previously. Closing the window and reopening it will show that the character is still set to those previous settings.

If a character's voice had been set to <None> prior to the bug, the options will remain set in the window, but the default voice-over options will still play for that character regardless.

I've been /bugging this consistently for three years. Would really, really love to see it fixed. I know it doesn't have anything to do with raiding or loot tables or whatever, but immersive game sound is incredibly important to some of us. It's irksome to not have been able to use this option for so long.

    Thanks for reading.

This was fixed internally and should be fixed on Test server as well. Should be fixed on all live with the update next week.
