Channeler Increased the base damage of Precise Volley by 37% Shadow Escape will apply a group weapon damage and crit bonus buff when cast. Marisha Kur's Blessing will increase the groups flurry and flurry multiplier Increased the base combat mitigation reduction of Shadow Bind by 67% Increased the base damage of Distracting Shot by 9% Increased the base damage of Poison Bolt by 72% Increased the base damage of Mist of Poison by 113% Rebalanced Channeled Cleansing as a tierless dispel.
While I like having group combat buffs added, is Shadow Escape the best place for them? I already place myself at the back of group/raid for Vector of Life, now I have to reposition every 22.5 seconds to keep the group buff going. That's just one more distraction while trying to cure/heal/dps and follow scripts. This ability is already essentially useless in many raid encounters where stacking/positioning are important.
Increased the base damage of Precise Volley by 37% The more damage we do the less we have to heal always good Shadow Escape will apply a group weapon damage and crit bonus buff when cast. Instant cast, 22.5 second recast applies escaped shade: lasts for 21 seonds ( so could be up most of the time) WDB and WDB overcap 41.5 CB and CB overcap of 55.9 Interesting thing is this spell when cast ports the channler backwards 15 meters, so if you see a channler without his back to a wall /wavebyby opps forgot about that cliff Marisha Kur's Blessing will increase the groups flurry and flurry multiplier (Gradmaster version) flurry 31.2, flurry multipler 0,7 Increased the base combat mitigation reduction of Shadow Bind by 67% Increased the base damage of Distracting Shot by 9% Increased the base damage of Poison Bolt by 72% Increased the base damage of Mist of Poison by 113% Always happy for more damage Rebalanced Channeled Cleansing as a tierless dispel. Dissonance cure from 130 levels to 169 levels is this a bit low? expert level group cures do 216 levels how high are the cure stacks in raids? ----------- All in All ok I guess nothing ground breaking wdb and flurry dont help much when dps on autoattack is so low but maby later if dps gets a boost CB is nice on shadow escape so long as you dont cast yourself over a cliff but running back if you dont have a wall behind you is gonna be a pain more damage is always nice nothing in here for a raid buff? I know its hard to find some spell you can buff on us, not a lot to work with. right now we Hp buff the tank and mitigation buff the rest of the group ( excluding the tank ) perhaps something to help with surge damage linked to Vector of life? just trying to think of something that would help our primary roll as healer. Koslen
Shadow Escape - I question these changes, too. I never use this ability, especially this expansion with line of sight issues galore. "15 meters backwards from their current location. This ability can fail if the ground is uneven or there are objects behind the caster." - Does this mean the group buff will also fail? Shadow Bind - I think the combat mitigation increase debuff on this should have been moved to the conduit skill, Aura of Crippling. There are other conduit abilities that I hope are being addressed. Weapon Dissonance is one. Decreases weapon damage bonus of target by 11. Does this mean 11% or is this just a flat 11?
Shadow Escape is less than 0.75% Group Damage Increase for 21s with a recast of 22,5s. That is a really BIG upgrade! Marisha Kur's Blessing buffs Flurry Multiplier-Overcap NOT Flurry Multiplier by 0,7 on GM! Game winning buff!!! So what is th cap of Flurry Multiplier? Channeled Cleansing is not tierless, it removes 169 level.
When I used to use shadow escape, I would get stuck in walls and get thrown over ledges and all sorts of crap. It's an okay concept, kind of like the buff to dps when you move, but like that other AA line, it's not enough to make it worth constantly repositioning. I suspect the group buffs won't change that. Maybe shadow escape itself should be modified in what it does- maybe it can be changed to port you to your target instead of moving you back 15m (then you can probably target someone you are already stacked on, as long as that person is targeting the mob directly, and not actually wind up moving out of position).
