Yes, I definitely agree, and sadly, it seems like if you were to make it too much easier for us to dps (like on the level of scouts and summoners), some might start calling for a nerf; however, we could still use a bit of help. It's really not fair to those in startup raiding guilds who don't have access to all of the minor components (dirge/coercer/troub) all the time, but they have the basic setup (tank, healers, a dps).
