Completing the CD raid quest prevents you being able to pick up the BoL weekly. The quests share a timer. Previous content should not prevent or interfere with current, there is no reason for completing it to exclude you from current weeklies. Running CD raids is still a requirement (a reluctant one) due to the need of Blue adorns such as Embers which our new and returning players didn't have access to. Please fix it!
We've already got an update on this on discord. So I will get it over here, this has been investigated and a fix is in progress.
