weird specific error. 2 guildies can log into toons that were left in the open world, but they cannot log into the toons left in the guild hall. this is on two different servers, rivervale and skyfire. they've done the verified files, re-instlled things... weird. anyone hear of this?
Sometimes it seems like a toon gets borked. When I've had this happen, I put in a Support Ticket in the category "stuck". As soon as a CSR is on -shift, they move the stuck toon either to Antonica or Commonlands (depending on alignment).
Have them turn their graphic settings down to extreme performance and try again. Guild halls, particularly the large ones. tend to get stuffed too full of textures for some machines to handle.
