Can't log into EQ2 ....

Same situation for more that 36 hours. Maybe any news about this from tech support?
I created a toon on Valor. No problems at all. On Innovation I can't even log in with any toon since more than 2 hours, maybe because it's prime time here.

We have people looking into the issue. Thank you for posting your trace routes and the extra information that you've found. This will certainly help find the cause quicker.

This has been ongoing the entire weekend now and all of my characters now seem to be "stuck"...so I'm completely missing all the bonus experience.
I'm here and ready to get some levels and work some tradeskills!!!

Today I zoned 10 and more times without any problem ... maybe it's fixed

Just to add - I also can't get passed the initial SOE Launch Screen (since my last login yesterday) - other threads suggested deleting files with "Launcher" named and re-run the installer again, which I have done with no success - back to the SOE Launch... Thanks for looking into it though

We had a network issue with our provider this morning that was preventing the LaunchPad from loading its UI. That should now be resolved.

I still can't log into EQ2. Tried using the station launcher and all it does it try to connect and then I get "disconnected from server". When i try and connect with the EQ2.exe is just goes through the login servers and not connect. Then i get "Could not connect to the login servers..." Ughhhh

The Station Launcher was not affected by the network problem yesterday.
Your issue sounds like a firewall issue.
