Cannot turn in the "Ritual of Bone" quest in Cobalt Scar

Nope. Got to this part today and it bugged out. Deleted the quest and mentored down to lv 95. Did the quest again, and it still hangs at "I don't understand... I was trying to.. and then" ...once you click "yes" ...nothing happens.
