I had switched accounts for all access. Previous all access account one character had done all of 2017 Zun Yi's travel quests. This evening I took the other character up there to Spire Island to get Mara Estate. Couldn't buy anything, although unlock for Mara Estate and weekly decoration bundles were done. I know the quests can only be obtained for level 100 and above, and all access. So I guess purchasing from Zun Yi's assistant is only possible when account is on all access. I checked the wiki and it doesn't mention that. Or am I wrong ?
you are correct, very few panda items are available without subscription, actually none of them can be bought on my free to play account, even tho she did 2017 event. Can't even get quests for 2018 without membership
Okay, it will have to wait then on that account. Next time I get those items for all toons for the account on all access before I switch to another account having all access.
