[BUG] Tag bug on Ring of Blossoms

    I just got an upgrade from Ring of Blossoms (\aITEM -33317159 -1711132530 0 0 0:[Ring of Blossoms]\/a), and I want to use an unattuner on it so I can pass it to an alt. I popped the adorns off it.

    However, the item tags say that it is both NO-TRADE and HEIRLOOM...

    If it's HEIRLOOM, it should be tradeable. I don't want to waste an unattuner on something that can't be traded, obviously.

    So:

    (1) If something is HEIRLOOM and there is some real reason to reclassify it as NO-TRADE, then the HEIRLOOM tag should be removed.

    (2) Better yet, if something is HEIRLOOM, don't allow it to be reclassified as NO-TRADE.

    It has to be one or the other.

    I unattuned that a few days ago, when you unattune it, the no trade tag comes off. I agree, it is misleading though.

    If you put an weapon Essence on your weapon it becomes HEIRLOOM. NO-TRADE too
