[BUG] Fast Travel not free on test (for subscribers) or is this intended?

    I guess they just forgot to put that update back on test since it got accidentally added too soon, then all the NOTD stuff got put on.

    Was there an update after it went to Live? Hopefully fixed soon for Test.

    They took Test down last night. I'm not sure if that fixed it because I didn't get back on after that.
