BUG: Book quest pickup in Oggok

    Anyone else having the issue of not being able to pick up the book quest starter in one of the buildings in Oggok. Clicking the book brings up a dialogue box and picking the option to get the quest nothing happens. This quest worked fine during beta.

    Anyone else have this issue? Or it it known. Bugged in game as well.
