The ethreal rune, Brutal Assault, has an effect that says increases Fervor of Savage Assault by 60, in addition to a bunch of other stuff. Savage Assault doesn't actually have a Fervor boost so what is this supposed to do? I watched my Fervor when I cast it and it does not increase. Is it something that allows the hits to cause more damage just from this one ability or am I missing something?
It basically gives a fervor modifier to that one ability. You will not see the increase in the fervor tooltip, as that amount would apply to everything (other than your taunts). Long story short, it a hidden fervor modifier that makes Savage Assault hit 60% harder.
