The haste you get from Focus Aim and Honed Reflexes does not increase attack speed. It's been this way longer than a year now. It works when you get the haste from the heroic opportunity Bravo Dance but not from those 2 skills.
I figured out its ranged haste that is broken...Our melee auto attack speed increases but our ranged does not anymore...it always used to. This leaves a bunch of ranger skills useless and all of our haste items..please fix
