Broken Achievement Reporting

So, it's a new year and this thread was very helpful before. We fixed many of the achievements that were listed in the old thread and we felt it was time to revive the thread to help track down the remaining issues with achievements!

The goal of this thread is to track and take care of any bugs related to or caused by the achievements system in general. Do you know of a confirmed broken achievement? Post it here and we will take a look. If we verify it as broken we will list it in this post so everyone knows its been reported and we are working on getting a fix in for it. Once it is fixed we will strike it out on the list so players can go and get the achievement

Achievements that do not update:

Desert of Flames:
Collector's Paradise -- Waiting on a code change to make this one work correctly.

Missing:

Also please only post achievements that are conformed as broken after Chains of Eternity launch. Like I said we fixed a bunch during that cycle so please do not post one you knew to be broken a year ago

Sense of Urgency: Twin idols of Rallos Zek - Updates in Elements of War when it shouldn't, it should update in Temple of Rallos Zek Hardmode. I do not know if it does or doesn't update in ToRZ post CoE but it deffinitely does update in EoW post CoE.

HM Bastion was giving flawless with deaths a couple weeks ago.

That one should have been fixed a week or two ago. Can anyone confirm if its still being awarded currently?

The achievement for Lord Bob (the guy with the crazy name) isn't updating for me. I have completed Pools numerous times and I even have the speed run achievement, but I don't have the achievement for *just* killing Lord Bob.

Oligar of the Dead Challenge awards flawless with deaths, almost 100% sure this happened after the 14th not sure what night we ran it last week but a few people did get that update that hadn't been in previously.

Not Bastion but same zone so the same bug might be affecting it. Gonna verify in my logs now

- "High Priest Mohnt and Dizzina the Lulled"

Neither of these are updating despite killing each in Shadow Corridors and Umbral Halls

The "A rose by another name"-line in the Live-Event category doesnt work, if you are supposed to give away fresh-cut roses like you usually do during valentines day, that is.

"Here Comes the Cursed" was awarded on 05/01/2011
"Spectral Librarian Emiida" was awarded on 04/30/2011

This one will start working when Erollisi day turns on this year. This achievement will also count all previous roses given out prior to this years festivities.

I suspect the Triumph is not updating because it was broken when you got those achievements. I will see what I can do to get this awarded retroactively.

Easy Mode Bastion (x4) is still handing out flawless. As of saturday.

This one should get addressed at the same time as Oligar
