IMO- 1) if it is TRUE that the devs knew this PVP server was going to be unfinished...they should have not pushed it out.(Just because of whining). 2) hardcore PVP players will do anything to cheat 3) There will always be hacks 4) With the hacks- new players will turn to dust in a milli-sec or less 5) The same people that do not want pvp gear, and class changes. (you know- "they are just fine") are the ones one shooting everyone. 6) Finally- in order for pvp to work...it has to be separated from live and there has to be pvp classes, races, gear etc. built just for pvp only.
