   It says that with the expansion buy you get a boost to lvl 100.
   I did that on my old account (return from long ago player).
   I do not see anything where or how to get a boost to lvl 100 (with full equip) ??

   You can only boost a existing toon, not useable from character select.

   You have to either boost one you already have or create a new one then /claim the bauble.
