So I have a 2017 iMac with the Radeon pro Vega 64 - I installed bootcamp, installed Everquest 2 and it works.. however, it has the basic "Microsoft Video Driver" so it is like ridiculously slow. I downloaded the latest driver for the above card and it is not found when I try and install it. Anyone give me some advice so I can play?
Wish I could help a long time ago I played on the EQ Mac only server and tried eq2 on a mac mini 2012 unit that had the faster dual core cpu. I did have to reduce a lot of graphic setting. Not tried using it for many years as the mini is my Plex server.
You might try putting in a support ticket and see if someone in DBG support has ideas. I'm a PC girl myself.
