Noticed in the patch notes that there wasn't any mention of this being fixed. Is it being looked at or is this intentional that we get sub level 110 items from these named. I had an exquisite chest drop and it contained a level 104 master. infuser items are transmuting into previous tier mats. Other named in the zone are dropping proper level gear / transmuting items and it's not just one zone but seems to be the last named in all zones has a messed up loot table.
Was this an Ascension Master, or a profession spell Master? the Ascensions are still relevant, but if it was a profession spell, give details of what book it was in this thread. You can probably get it from your logs if you don't still have the book. For the transmuting, be sure to add the aLinks of the items transmuting wrongly to the main thread on that topic.
