The Hand of Marr merchant in Nektulos that sells the quest rewards for the Bloodlines quests appears to be missing "Charm of the Just" (the scout reward for finishing the quest "A Far Greater Menace") from the goods they sell. The same merchant is selling the other class rewards for priests, fighters, and mages. On Kaladim server if that makes a difference.
