Black rune set bonus

    Is the Black Rune set bonus working for anyone ?

    I have all unlocked , i tried putting the 7th rune in and then removing it but noticed no changes to CB overcap.

    You get the bonus only in PoP raid zones

    Tested again.. 7/7 gives 120 CB overcap.. but only in PoP raidzones
