I sat down and made a bunch of Overclocked Manastones, which I needed for my alts anyway. If you're not in a rush, the easiest way is to go to the crafting headquarters in your hometown and do the daily quest for Londiar Inygad (he gives tinkering, transmuting, and adorning quests). Best way to quickly level transmuting: but the Celestial or Planar Transmutation Stones on the broker and break them (the blue coke cans). When I last checked they were running a couple of gold each. Best way to level adorning is to obtain one or two Planar Manas and the Distillations/Dilutions books (or a lower toer that you do have the recipes for). Break the manas down into infusions, powders, and fragments. Then combine all those back up to manas, rinse and repeat until you are leveled. Each dilution makes 7 of whatever, so this works well and is most sparing of materials.
