Personally, I like to invite people over to my house. It has a comfortable living room, dining area and a full bar. However, if you are with the right people you can roleplay anywhere. It is even fun to roleplay as you explore your way through a dungeon.
Good topic! I'm very new to the game. But I love RP I was wondering if there was like some in-world tavern that was "the spot". Miss those hehe. Always could pick a pocket or two or find something interesting. I know in some other MMOs with player housing, a lot of the RP has gone to the dimensions within. If so, who's hosting?! *has the ale!* Also, there's something to be said about RPing a dungeon out. I love to add a twist to make it more than just the usual crawl of "oh look, yet another mighty boss to defeat! TO BATTLE!!" Make it personal to the group, I say. Anyhow, mayhaps an afternoon of tea an' sich is in order? *paper fan* My home is public so look up Ulaenah's Cottage and drop in.
