Blood Rage was changed to "this spell cannot be modified except by direct means", so nothing except AAs and gear focuses can't modify it, nor it can crit.
Reversal isn't affected by that stuff either. Potency, Executioner's Anger (+% amount to taunts) ... no effect. It crits though. Seems to be very random whether things are affected by it or not when it comes to AAs.
Honestly if the take away Blood Rages Ability to crit it become rather useless again. There really isnt any reason to nerf it as it stands the SK's and Palidins still heal for far more and have more utility I think it adds much needed flavor to our class. As of last week I know it was still criting I will have to check, but its possible with all these ninja nerfs that it went to the wayside. Havnt Gotten Battle frenzy yet but insight is amazing.
