    I have some of the Advanced Vetrovian Crafter's recipe books, and am wondering where I would need to go to get the patterns for the Mahngavi tack? Can they be acquired without raiding?

    i got some mahngavi patterns from doing vov collections

    dont thin mahngavi patterns are raid quality either
