Anyone have any thoughts on it? How about you people that Beta tested.
Any solid DPS spec's out there?

There are some theorycrafting specs on EQ2Flames.com in the Beastlord section for 90/320
I want to see some "What is most useful to level up?" discussions.

To me, you should absolutely spend your first 20 points in the Beastlord Tree in order to get the Weakness Reuse and Weakness Duartion AA's. These double the duration that weakness is up (therefore allowing you to use your advantages more easily), and increase the proc chance from every 5 seconds to every 2.5 seconds. These AA's are kinda make or break for me. Plus after you get those you can get the mana font attack.
After that I would go STR to get your crit chance and the endline. After that it's all up to you. A lot of pure DPS'ers will take Wisdom line for Savagery Freeze. The INT endline is also very good, and the line will give you AoE auto attack chance.
I dont know how much your pet is supposed to be tanking (i dont think much at all) so I dont recommend the AGI line. Ralissk's Insight is VERY good at the top of the WIS tree, every bit worth maxing out.
And the Heroic tree I think everyone is taking Primal Assault.

I was wondering as it has been a while if anyone has come up with a good AA line yet. I was looking at it and nothing really jumped out at me. They all seem fairly good, I know there are already some level 90 BL running around so was wondering what they found worked out well.

For leveling, Ocello got it pretty spot on. Get the first spot in the Animalist tree so you can tame new warders, then rush to the third line of the Beastlord tree for the first and last ones. Next hit up the Str and Wis line with 8-4-10-1, maybe Sta if you need it. From there, get the rest of the third line in the Beastlord tree. It ups the effectiveness of your advantages.

For 90s in instances or raids: Str, Agi, Wis is the most widely used spec for the first tree with the first two in the SF line. It helps your pet survive the AoEs until you get the epic and gives the most damage. Most of the rest is pretty obvisous, getting the best damage abilities you can.

All of the above people have great suggestions, also max out a single target offensive pet for names and an AOE pet ofr just grinding. The Lizard pet is aoe and if you assist him, you wont take much damage on those 3 puls or 4 pulls.

Hmm first Iheard of AOE pets vs single target, is there a list somewhere that says what each type of warder does best?

Here are some suggestions on a few different specs. As always, AA specs are highly dependent on playstyle, gear level and personal preference.

Since you can see the differences (solely in the Archetype tree and one change in the heroic tree) above. Here is my suggestion on how to spend them as you gain them for the Solo spec. Again, this is highly subjective as some people may see more benefit in obtaining certain AA abilities prior to others based on gear, playstyle and personal preference. Also, there are certain limitations to spending AA based on your level. If you haven't achieved a sufficient level to gain certain AA abilities, you can just grab others.

I have to say with a great deal of embarassment I have never tried to use AA. When I had left I started putting stuff in with no success into was playing 45 necro i think I had 20 AA points.
now talking with my buddy he said I should be 3x my level so I am level 30 level locked with 40 AA points. He also said that I should try to follow the line that best suited to what my class uses. On the Anamalist line I have put in 24 points into the Agility line and 16 into the Stamina line. I don't have the exact stats but my goal is to get the first 4 of each of two lines activated. looking at it again I could pretty much fill all of the first 4 lines up of all of Anamalist because they all look good but again I do't have a clue what i am doing.
I can tell you this my pet doesn't die very often. i proc my savagery alot and I do alot of damage. I wish I had a Beastlord Mentor I am so green when it comes to AA's that I am just sorta doing it the way my buddy says. I see someone put up a suggestion off of the AA calculator. I wish you had a situation that said if you want to do this...fill up this line...I noticed that the wisdom line slows down the loss of the savagery. that would be nice to have?
I am sorry I am just blabbing here. I guess I really need to look at the lines and really figure out how to do it. I am not sure if I should start in Anamaist or Beastlord. With my Necro I put all 20 points into my Necro and it didn't work at all I didn't see any improvement in my character.
edit here is my build so far.

I would suggest you make a slight change to your agility line and move 4 of the 8 points in the first ability (pet heal) to the third ability (damage reduction). If your pet takes less damage from everything, you won't need to heal it as much anyway.
Secondly, I would remove all of your point in the stamina line and move those into the beastlord tree. This is a personal preference issue but if your fighting solo mobs, you shouldn't need the added survivability at all and if you are fighting heroic mobs, go spiritual stance for the heals and wards if you need survivability. You definitely definitely want to get "Weakness Reuse" and "Weakness Duration" ASAP. This causes your warder to open a weakness on a mob twice as ofter and the weakness will last twice as long. This will allow you to use your advantages more often and build up savagery to use your best abilities (primals) quicker and more often. Look at my post directly above yours. Thats a (IMHO) good suggestion of which abilities to get and in what order.

Start with the combats arts, then at 18 get reuse on weakness and increase weakness duration and increase primary advantage damage.
Then i rushed to our mini divine aura, with max parrying and some hps more.
    Currently 34 with 75aas.

Those spec's look good to me.
Im still trying to figure out how to spent my points in my pets.
RIght now Im mainly using my feline and mythical pet but Im more then open to suggestions on the points spent and even the type of pet used..

Any updates or changes to these spec suggestions? Are these just as useful now as in March? Dunno if there have been any nerf patches...why I'm asking :)
