Basic Guild Banner

    I can't find any current information on the FREE BASIC guild banner. Is there a guild level requirement for the basic banner? Or a membership number requirement? An upkeep amount? We don't need anything special, just the ability to get members to the flag. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated!!
