    What does that mean? We can zone in at this time or the servers go down at this time for 8 hours, as usual?

    Launch time is generally when they expect the servers will be up.

    Most likely the servers will go down early, and they will hold them with smoketests/etc and open at the announced time unless something is wrong.

    There should be a post later today after they have their office-wide meeting with downtime info; Maybe also patch notes though those have been posted during the downtime lately, IIRC.

    Most likely it will be between 5 and 7 AM pacific, though. Last year it was 7 AM PST. Depends whether they think they need an abundance of time or not.

    Let's hope for a good launch.

    Course, MMOs are just prone to unfortunate expansion launches in general but we can always hope. lol.

    I am almost wanting to hope that they release the servers early. I patched and logged in to make sure my grumpy PC was ready and the servers are up, just locked. Unless they find major issues, they might be able to unlock before 12 PM PST.
