"Awesomium v1.63 has stopped working"

    Trying to help someone install EQ2 on a Laptop (Dell Inspiron with Win7) but after installing as soon as anyone logs in we get: "Awesomium v1.63 has stopped working. A problem cause the promgram to stop working correctly. Windows will notify if a solution is available." Closing this causes the launcher to become all black and the only way to get rid of it is to end it through Task Manager, although according to Task Manager it is still running and hasn't crashed. This happens 100% of the time. I've tried disabling the AV the uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Tried searching the forums and google but can't seem to find anyproblem exactly like this.

    Probably should have mentioned that we were running it as adminstrtator from the start, no difference though. Will pass it on, but mate only has bronze account, so dunno if he can do a support ticket.
