Hello, why does our epic bow is on a 8 secs delay and not 9 secs ? Can this changed to 9 secs. It seems i loose a lot of damage/dps and procs in comparison with the mythical bow from ToT. https://u.eq2wire.com/i/The Awakened Eagle's Talon Regards
