I have these two items ... I'd like to feedback the attached proc - namely, the power regen associated with it. The values cannot be modified nor do they crit, so they cast 149-177 power every some odd seconds. In any given raid, this results in 1-3 percent of my power gain total - with both equipped. It does next to nothing when one has a power pool of 65,000. I'm hoping the base value can get raised to something slightly more substantial. I'd also like to request that Supreme Omen of War receives an 'On Beneficial' added to its proc since it is a healer item. Thanks!
Priest-only items that don't proc on beneficial are pretty fail tbh. Should either proc on both or have significantly increased proc rate if only half (or less) of our spells trigger them.
