Aquatic Bow of Obedience broken for Rangers/Scouts?

    Hey,

    After doing a lot of testing it seems the AQUATIC BOW OF OBEDIENCE breaks all stealth/stalk attacks.. must be from the effect triggering that breaks stealth.

    Possible to fix this so that scouts may use this bow?
