It is the same race as the race we play in EQ2. Read through the quests and go through the bestiary. These are more acustom to a colder climate, but they are the same race. Same advice read through the quests and bestiaries, you'll find odd info, and helpfull stuff. In EQL there was a small group of Kerra on an island in Erud's crossing as well. Not much info on them though. Except for that you take a faction hit with Prexus when you kill them.
Ah, I always thought they lived on Luclin. Then when it blew up, some of the more resilient ones landed here on their feet.
The Vah Shir were on Luclin, they were a tribe of Kerra who were more physically stronger than the others. They got blown to the moon when the Erudites started fighting with eachother.
