Thought I'd ask here about something odd I noticed with the level 2 Anchorage merchants. It seems like they do not offer their Building Blocks when you aren't currently holding a quest. In some cases I had to zone out and back in to see them, in others I did not. Also not all my toons could buy the items. On at least one I got the message that I did not meet the requirements. I had plenty of Anchorage Chits, so is there a secondary requirement to buy the building blocks? Or is this just bugged, and if I go back at random times I'll be able to purchase?
It's a bug. Supposed to be fixed tomorrow, maybe. For now, keep trying to buy the item. Keep at it until you get a purchase.
