Bloodrage still isn't spawning in Everfrost. I cannot progress in the quest. I am on Halls of Fate. I tried logging and still no luck. I have killed the groups by the fire 6 or 7 times with no spawn on the last mob.
Did you check both fires? There are two locations he can spawn, and it does take him a while. I used to kill everything, and run back and forth between both fires he does eventually spawn.
It is entirely possible to spend HOURS out there killing that group over and over until you get Bloodrage. The consolation prize is that you usually get a lot of body-drop book pages while doing so. I have no idea why the spawns for this HQ are so freaking long. The ice goblin nameds also can take a long time to pop.
