did anyone notice this? they literally didn't change anything cept the type and the classes that can use it its all based on scout stats. They need to fix this so we can make use of these items. I mean really why would a tank need weapon bonus and dps? when they need max hp and mitigation
It is very easy to net massive gains in mitigation and max hp. Plus, dps is the final solution anyhow
