All my characters were deleted

    I was playing and got kicked out of the game, trying to log in but all my characters were deleted.

    They weren't deleted. The servers are down and sometime log in/character select screens don't show things correctly. Just wait for the servers to come back up.

    DannyDanh You toons weren't deleted, don't try to do anything with your account. Don't like, try to create new toons. your toons will be deleted if you're at the character max...

    Go read Fixit's post about reclaiming missing toons.
    And they dont always come back up when game does. Fixit had her toons MIA for days! She has the fix for it.
