I paid for all access on the 2nd, i recieved an email conformation, and account management shows I paid. When I try to make a new character it only allows me to use traditional character, the other 3 choices try and force me to rebuy all access that I paid for 2 days ago. I wanted to join a restricted server but refuse to pay twice for all accessin 2 days. Help please

You received an email confirmation. Did the funds come out of your bank or off of your credit card yet? If DBG has not actually received the funds, you will not actually have all access.
I figured it out, I had an old DC account and they credited that account, I had to reload game through Steam and use my old account and my all access was there. I had used the same email account. Have noticed my new warlock dies really easy compared to the one I made last week.
