Fixed Internally Achievement Takish'Hiz to the Limit Doesn't Give its Reward

The achievement Takish'Hiz to the Limit shows it should reward shoulders, yet when I completed it I did not get them(zoned and relogged). While I don't personally need/want 440 shoulders, figure there may be others that do. (toon is Zhevally on Maj'dul)

This has been corrected and should be working as expected with the soonest possible update or patch.
