So I decided to consolidate my main two accounts to save Krono money long term. I transferred my bard last night from one account to another and she is gone. She doesn’t appear on either account now. Any idea how long these things take? I am definitely going to put in a ticket.
The newly transferred character won't show up on the Launchpad. Start the game without selecting a toon on the Launcher and your character should be available in the Character Select screen. After that, the toon should show up in the Launchpad.
