I purchased levels 1-4 of an orange adornment with account flags using PQ purple coins and status on the status merchant in CoV. Now my toon that bought them can only see the level 2 adornment and the option to re-purchase the level 3 (which takes a level 2 to buy) with the account flag. None of my alts can see past the level 2 rune. This is not how an account flag is supposed to work. It took a lot of public quests to save up the coins to purchase this level 4 flag, and now I don't have it on any toon. I am not the only person experiencing this bug, and I am not the only person who has petitioned about it. Nobody has gotten a satisfactory response. I guess I'm giving up on them fixing it, but this is a warning to all of my fellow players. DO NOT BUY THESE...skip this headache and save up the mats for someone to make you the level fives. You won't get what you purchased anyway.
