Well I too am experiencing this issue that was resolved some time ago. I have had the live chat with no resolve and have also placed a ticket. I think that there need to be a compensation for this due to the fact its not just messing with when and how you receive your SC but also the benefits of being a paid member like etyma, platinum, and others im sure im forgetting or leaving things out. I thought this issue was supposed to have been resolved some time ago. Now for almost a week I have been having the problem.
