I seem to be having an issue with one of my accounts. When I mouse over the account age, it is stuck at 5 years, 11 months, 13 days. Is this a known issue, and is there something I can do to help resolve it? I was looking forward to claiming the 6 year vet reward.
Unfortunately this has been going on for quite some time. There are some old posts that discuss this issue. No clear way to correct this (unfortunately). However, take heart and know that it will resolve on it's own (at least it has for me, and assuming others since haven't seen a post about it in a bit of time). As a non verified way I usually try to go on Test Server or any other server that is in a different region than your home one. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. Interestingly enough (and probably not even related) I'm wondering if something is coming into the game and a beta is being set up.
