Roughly 50% it seems when I run Palace of the Ancient One I get Tythus's message about "how dare you enter my realm" which is supposed to spawn Abstatalisu (wraith). The issue though is that Abstatalius did not come and we fought them both. Upon dying and re-entering the room it seems to have fixed. However a free-wipe is not appreciated . This is a minor glitch so just reporting it.
