    I'm referring to this forum's starter (http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=0&topic_id=346595#3932628)
"This forum is intended to be a discussion place for people interested in the basic and extended features of the EQ2Players.com website. What do you like? What don't you like? What do you wish was there? Share your thoughts here!"
This forum is meant to discuss EQ2Players.com. Often I see bug reports (including those of my own) or reports of non-updating features.
The big problem for me about doing it like this is the lack of follow-up from both reporter as the correct persons that are able to fix it.

It is very common in the IT-world to use some sort of bug/ticket/track system for issues like this, and SOE has got one (http://www.station.sony.com/support/). And there are many reasons why it is common.

The only drawback is: I can only put in 1 ticket at the time until it is resolved. For me this is hard to accept and I hope it will be changed, I'll try to address it at SOE themselves.
So, I've got a basic question about this forum:
    - what may I expect of reported bugs or issues like non-updating etc in this forum?

Stop being so optimistic, Grue. ;)
