    Telsi nodded. “That would be much appreciated.” her tone was a little breathy as she struggled to breathe.
    Calish sighed “Yes, I see that. We've been offered a place to stay though. The Halfling who taught me how to be a Swashbuckler said as soon as I found Telsi we were welcome to stay with him he has an extra room,” he smiled “He also knows you're a Freeblood and he is okay with that,” he laughed “he just said he's disappointed you won't be able to enjoy his cooking.”
    Telsi smiled back at him.
    Calish swallowed “About our last name could we change it here? Mine I mean. It would help us lay low.”
    Telsi blinked “Calish... why?”
    “A new beginning,” Calish whispered.
    ~~~~
    “Ohs,” Calarys smiled “When you does have somes of yours owns yous will makes a greats fathers.”
    Canty sighed as she glanced at her younger cousin in her arms. Ambert was fast asleep. “Is this its?” Canty yawned.
    ~~~~
    Kyriu bit her lip “Er... I thought it was a good idea.”
    Tetriemmy sniffed the air and growled. She trotted off to an alley and returned holding the sleeve of Casina.
    Kyriu sighed “You don't take instruction very well do you?”
    Casina glared at them “Even if I was not born with the ability to see through illusions...” she bit her lip “regardless you're all too nice to convince anyone you're Tier'dal. You need my help,” she glared at the group.
    ~~~~
    “I believe Gliepnir will travel with you since you have a special bond.” Brienae answered. She stepped onto the portal pad and vanished. Once she stood on the platform she glided to the edge and began to sing. There was wind which seemed to pick up each note and carried them away.
    ~~~~
    “Rotting Bird,” Nasara smiled “I like that.” she roughly grabbed some of Aly's hair as they walked.
    Alyerra let out a gasp of pain when her hair was pulled.
    “You are one to talk about being destroyed,” Nasara laughed “It's debatable if going from Half-Human to a Freeblood is an improvement or if it is worse. Clearly she still has human hair.”
    Senriala glared at the three of them “Perhaps if my family had been more observant and not shoved me away all the time. Maybe if my sisters had paid more attention,” she took a deep breath “Then I would not have my daughter, the one thing I don't regret.” she turned her gaze to Vani “He doesn't sing anymore. Though he said nothing I inferred that was your doing.”

    Corlana left for a moment and came back carrying a clay jar and a cup. She poured the liquid out and held the cup out.
    ***
    Aloysiius blushed again and stammered while Bella opened the door.
    The house was small and decorated simply. The ordered cleanliness of the Lurln'Ley did not extend so far inland for Del and there was a cluttered aspect to the room. Bellacouste had to move a crate of old books and seashells aside to reach the simple door set into the wall opposite the front door. "This is its."
    ***
    Llew waved her hand and extended the Teir'dal illusion to her grandmother. Rene stared at her dark blue skin and hair.
    Llew frowned at the child. "We can't involve children in this." She said again.
    "What choice do we have?" Danny asked. "Even if this one were awake, I don't think any of us have it in us to-um...extract information from him."
    "I could try entering his mindscape while he's out and-"
    "That's much too dangerous." Alaric said. "Even if there is some overlap between the Enchanting Artes, you're no Coercer and you do not know if he is one or not or what sort of wards or protections he has against that very thing. Even knocked out, he may still have the advantage."
    Llewenayah sighed. "Then the girl comes with us, I suppose."
    ***
    Aleteriq gulped and stepped onto the pad gingerly. He repeated 'Top of the world' in his head while he squeezed his eyes shut. He felt a strong wind tugging at his robes and hair suddenly and opened his eyes. He inched his way carefully to stand behind Brienae and tried not to look down.
    ***
    Vanimor laughed again. "Of course that was my doing." Her expression darkened again. "He was very popular, you know. All those women throwing themselves at my Padparadisch. They were pathetic. So I took his voice from him so that they wouldn't tempt him away."

    “Thank you,” Telsi said as she accepted the cup and drank. Her wounds slowly healed.
    “You appear familiar.” Gregor said after examining Telsi for awhile.
    Telsi swallowed another mouthful of the blood before answering “I was wondering when you would recognize me. I was one of the guards. Please forgive me. I was blindly following orders.”
    “All is forgiven,” Gregor answered.
    Telsi finished the blood in the cup and handed it back to the Priestess. “Thank you again.”
    Calish hugged her “Now about our wedding?” he asked
    ~~~~~
    Canty and Calarys followed after Bella and looked around. “Coulds use somes sprucings.” Calarys whispered not wanting to wake her sons.
    ~~~~
    Casina smiled “Grandfather is a Wizard but he hasn't studied much... just enough to protect himself,” she sighed “I don't understand who this Senriala is other than someone my family wanted to hide. She must have been exiled or something... if that's the case and she's returned the only place they would take her is Grandfather's Dungeon Estate.”
    “Dungeon Estate?” Kyriu raised an Eyebrow.
    Casina nodded “It's where my family sends prisoners they deem detrimental to the Mihariel name or Kilsine,” she took a deep breath “If we get there before Mother and Aunt Nasara then we might be able to free her... if not... well it may be more difficult” she turned and began walking.
    ~~~~
    Brienae continued to weave her message into the wind. She sighed once she had finished “And now we wait. Hopefully Tetriemmy will receive the message.” the four orange and purple tendrils of Brienae's wings seemed to dance in the wind “Are you ready to head back down?” she asked.
    ~~~~~
    “You're sick!” Alyerra spat at Vani.
    Senriala sighed “Aly it is completely reasonable from Tier'dal thinking.”
    “So you have not forgotten,” Jasala smiled as they continued walking.
    “No I have not,” Senriala responded “but I regret nothing I've done.”
    “Still taking his voice so he wouldn't leave you. Has it ever occurred to you that's why he left you?” Alyerra asked.

    Corlana stepped back to let the two talk.
    ***
    Bella nodded. "Del doesn't spend much times in any of her houses. She mostly keeps thems as places to lets others stays. This ones she just uses as storage, I thinks." Bella turned. "Readies?"
    ***
    Llew took a deep breath. "Wait, we can't leave your Grandfather in the street." She motioned towards the man.
    Danlore and Aleric bent down and picked him up together, still having to drag the Teir'dal into a thin alley between buildings.
    "Let's go." Danny said, wiping his hands on his robes.
    ***
    Aleteriq could feel his legs shaking. He nodded while Gleipnir inched towards the edge to look down.
    ***
    Vani waved her dagger dismissively. "Oh, that was just a miscalculation on my part. I could have sworn that would have been enough to break the rest of his spirit, but I don't think he was really as broken as I had thought when I did it." She pursed her pouty lips. "But now I get the fun of breaking him all over again, so it worked out well for me in the end."

    “Regardless of if we change our names you're still a Tier'dal in Qeynos which is still rare,” Telsianya whispered “but I don't want you to change anything. I-I....” she smiled “I love you.”
    Mazsra stepped through the portal holding the young Ziqua's hand. The Iksar's robes were dripping.
    Maheera trotted beside the kitten. She stopped and shook water from her fur.
    Ziqua was trembling.
    Wallbreaker hovered just behind the kitten.
    Mazsra looked around “Is anyone here? We need to talk.”
    ~~~~
    “Yis!” Canty exclaimed excitedly.
    Calarys swallowed “I suppose sos,”
    ~~~~~
    Casina shook her head “Actually we could... serve him right people would assume he was drunk now they'll know something happened,” she shrugged “Too late now I guess,” she chewed her lip and cursed. “You don't have access to the city portals which means we're going to have to take the long way,” she sighed and continued walking.
    ~~~~
    Brienae nodded “Now place your hand gently on my shoulder.” she quietly requested.
    ~~~~
    “You are beyond sick,” Alyerra hissed.
    “I think we have heard enough from you,” Nasara growled “one more word and you will never speak again.” Her hand began to glow as she moved it towards the Freeblood's neck. She grabbed the neck of Alyerra's guitar “This in my way,” she tore the strap and tossed the guitar to the ground “Shall I smash it?” she laughed.
    “No!” Alyerra shouted “Please Aunt Mesena made it for me it's all I have from her.”
    Jasala looked from one prisoner to the other “Who is this Mesena?”
    “No one of importance.” Senriala answered
    “Mom how can you say that?” Alyerra blinked.
    Senriala said nothing to her daughter “She was just a Fier'dal I knew in Kelethin.”
    “Well maybe this Mesena will come save you with Padpardisch.” Jasala laughed.
    Senriala met each of the three women's gazes “ I doubt it, she's dead,” she glared at Vani “How do you suppose he'll know we're with you and what makes you so sure he'll come for us?” she switched to Faelie “Aly trust me,”

    Nasara smiled “He did once. I'm not sure what language that was or what you said but it occurs to me... correct me if I'm wrong but you said he went to Freeport to rescue Aly... I suspect you meant Aly, short for Alyerra I imagine,” she pulled Alyerra's hair again “not just an ally but this one your half-breed offspring who is now a monster. So if he risked his life for this corpse once...” she smiled at Vani as they continued walking.

    ((Welcome back Iksaress. Here is a brief overview of your characters. Also the last posts regarding them from Bella and I

    Ssalizera is in the guardhouse. There was a scream from downstairs.
    Bellacouste
    Alderman jumped at the scream and dashed towards the stairs, leaping down them two or three at a time. He reached the bottom with his sword drawn, scanning the cells warily.
    Brienae
    I'll be right back.” Mordedana told Ssalizera. She dashed down behind Alderman. She stopped on the last step just behind the Captain.
    Tygarr was doubled over trembling. He screamed again.
    Would you be quiet sssome of usss are trying to sleep!” Mordenair snapped.
    Tygarr looked up and saw the Koada'dal “H-help me.” he stammered. His fur was beginning to change color

    Ling is on a slave ship. I believe she was last being carried off by orcs
    Bellacouste
    Kal grinned and gripped her hooked sword. "Be right there!" She called to the voice coming from the stairs. She charged at the orc guarding the stairs.
    Padparadisch let out a long string of Teir'dal swears as he dragged the boy towards the boards that would lead them to the Lurln'Ley.
    The orc captain gave a gurgling laugh as blood poured from his mouth. He grasped Del's arm, pulling her closer and pushing the sword further into his own body while he swung with his other hand, knocking her down with the last of his strength. Both captains lay on the deck, crumpled and bloody.
    Brienae
    The orc guarding the stairs slashed at the Erudite
    Aismi leaned against the bars of the cage to watch. She swallowed and cast a spell at the orc's back. She smiled with satisfaction as the orc arched from the impact.
    Xia shook herself regaining control. She took a deep breath and sang a song to impact the group attempting to take Ling away. She struggled to hold onto her sanity

    Lamia is receiving a tour of Windfoot Groves from Lazzera
    Brienae
    Yes it's a grove dedicated to those who died in the Commonlands Massacre. There are replicas of their weapons... well except for Sephen Windfoot's. The bow is actually his bow. I don't know the whole story. I don't know why they were. There was some sort of mission, but there were no survivors.” she sighed “This grove is in their memory. Around the corner was a a unique area. The ground rose creating a small area which seemed apart from the rest of the cave. Flowering vines covered the walls. Moss covered the ground. Shallow reflecting pulls reflected the walls. Carefully suspended in each pool was a weapon. The first was a bo staff, the second a set of monk claws, the third was a whip and finally a bow. “Isn't it pretty?” Lazzera asked.
    Ssulvex is with Kelauriel in the middle of transforming into her werewolf form
    Brienae
    Um right... tell you what” Kelauriel swallowed “You go ahead and hunt and I'll see you in morning?” her green eyes blinked “Are you going to be okay out here alone?” she asked with sincere concern in her voice.

    I hope this helps. I look forward to seeing your posts and I hope you feel better soon,))

    Lamiaris blinked softly, looking over at Lazzera as she explained the Commonlands Massacre and the weapon replicas. She frowned and lowered her head, falling silent for a moment's respect for those who had died. She continued to follow Lazzera, looking down at the monk claws, the whip, and the bow.

    "Definitely pretty, yes.. But I can't help but wonder what had caused the Commonlands Massacre.." she replied solemnly.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Ssalizzera blinked as she heard the scream. Instinctively, she wanted to go down and see who it was. But she knew better than to do as such. She stayed where she was, as Mordedana directed.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Ssulvex groaned softly and looked over at Kelauriel. She opened her mouth to speak, but the only thing that came out was a pained growl. Quickly, she shifted into the wolf form again.

    She was coherent enough to speak, but only for a minute or so. "Ssulvex fine alone out side.. Kelauriel go. Not want to hurt.." she rumbled grumpily.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Ling groaned softly as she was dragged away. One of the orcs growled and kicked her in the side abruptly. "Shut up, furry brat!" he growled. They soon managed to drag her to a different side of the ship, down into a slave area separate from the one she had been in before.
    "I will.. obey.. Masters.." she mumbled, despite being unconscious. Within seconds, they had tossed her back into a cage.
    ((If I've left out any characters, please let me know! And if I've missed or messed up some details, lemme know on that too! :)
    Corlana was about to reply when she heard the call. Slightly afraid that the Militiaman had already returned with reinforcements, she hurried over, relieved to see that that was not the case. She folded her arms into the billowing sleeves of her robes, smiling slightly at the water being flicked about by the cub. "How may I help you?"
    Vrei glanced at the couple. "There are others." He offered. "Others who have sought refuge here in Qeynos who may be able to help you."
    ***
    Bellacouste reached out and opened the door. "After you's."
    ***
    Danlore frowned, but left the Teir'dal in the alley and followed after the girl with the others.
    "Rene." Alaric slipped his hand into her's as she fell in step next to Llew. "You should go home. Open a portal for yourself."
    "I'm not leaving." Rene replied.
    Alaric looked incredulously at his wife. "We can handle this, love." He whispered.
    "I need to do this."
    "It's dangerous."
    "Yes, it is." She said simply.
    "But-"
    "I can't." She whispered back. "She-this woman, she-" Rene bit her lip. "She's like, like Ain'mur."
    Alaric's brow furrowed. "I don't understand."
    "The story isn't exactly like Ain'mur's, I know, but, her family pushed her away and-I can't-I can't stand by and-" She hoped her hood would hide the tears welling up. "We couldn't do anything for our daughter and-I just-I just feel that we need to do this. That's all."
    Alaric did not reply, he only kept walking, his hand in her's.
    ***
    Aleteriq nodded and reached out, careful not to brush against her wings.
    ***
    Vani pursed her lips again and toyed with her dagger as she thought. "Well...how did my Padparadisch know where you were before?" She tossed the dagger and caught it a couple of times. "Unless...you have some way to call for his help, of course. But don't rush into that just yet, I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to call for help once the fun starts. It's no good to get every question answered right off the bat anyway. We Teir'dal can enjoy our patience, you should know."
    ***
    Aldarman's brow furrowed. "What's wrong?" He called, keeping a safe distance from the cell.
    ***
    Kal dodged, but not fully. The orc's swing caught her shoulder, very near where she'd taken a hit before. She grimaced, but lunged despite the pain, not wanting to waste the opening the Arasai had given her.
    The boy struggled against Padparadisch's grip, but gave up. The Teir'dal felt relief. He knew that if the boy fell while they crossed to the ship that he'd be expected to dive into the water after him. He was a little surprised that the thought did not wholly disgust him as such a sacrifice would have when he had lived in Neriak.
    Rainer knelt by Del's side. "Captain?! Captain?!"
    "Quite yellin', Sands. It's me gut, not me ears tha' got cut up." She groaned softly.
    "Well, don't move. I'll-I'll get a healer." He looked up and scanned the deck for a priest. There were very few orcs left standing still. Bodies, both growing cold and fighting against it still, littered the deck slicked by blood and sea. His eyes caught the tell-tale light of a prayer enveloping the wounded on the deck and he called out. The priest, whose name he could not recall while his mind was so panicked, shook his head over his patient, gently closed the troll's eyes and hurried over to Rainer. "The captain needs help."
    The priest nodded and knelt down to examine the wounds.
    ((Welcome back! I hope you're feeling better soon!))
    “Perhaps,” Telsianya answered.
    “As I said,” Calish smiled “Lord Berrysword has offered us a place to stay.”
    “Berrysword?” Telsi blinked at him.
    “It's his last name,” Calish laughed “He's a Halfling. He tells me most of his family is swashbucklers and...well Halflings like to eat.”
    “He's a provisioner,” Telsi whispered “that is not a problem. You need to eat.”
    “It's Ziqua,” Mazsra sighed “she's had another vision,” she hugged the kitten close to her.
    Ziqua was still trembling.
    Maheera nuzzled her partner
    “The mean man might returrrn...” Ziqua said shakily.
    Mazsra sighed “True and I don't want someone like that overhearing...”
    Ziqua swallowed “He c-called Ms. Mazsrrra a....”
    Mazsra frowned “Ziqua I told you never to repeat his words,” she sighed “I don't remember if we have met,” the Iksar sighed again “I'm Mazsra and this is my ward Ziqua. She has a special gift. We've been here several times after she has seen something to alert someone, but as we were coming up to the portal a Koada'dal came out called me something which should never be uttered in the presence of young ears although it ended with lizard and pushed me into the water.”
    “H-he trrried to take me away,” the kitten stammered and then smiled “then Maheera pounced on him and knocked him in the water. Then she bit him.”
    The tiger cub looked up proudly from licking a paw.
    Mazsra lowered her voice “Is there somewhere more private we can discuss her most recent vision?” she quietly re-summoned her ghostly wolf.
    ~~~~~
    Canty nodded and stepped forward.
    Calarys took a deep breath and followed her niece.
    ~~~~~
    “Why are you so determined to help us?” Kyriu asked the young Tier'dal.
    “Because I want answers,” Casina answered “For as long as I can remember I've been able to see through illusions. Grandfather has several paintings in his primary estate. All of them have an illusion over them within a small area,” she sighed “The paintings show Mama and Aunt Nasara growing up... but under the illusions is another. She appears younger than Mama and Auntie. I've asked about her and each time I'm told it's none of my concern. Who is she?”
    Kyriu bit her lip unsure what to tell the girl. She took a deep breath and tried again to contact Aly
    ~~~~
    Brienae took a deep breath and began to cast.
    ~~~~~
    “I don't know!” Alyerra snapped “I don't know how they found me,”
    “A specialized tracker” Senriala whispered “she was captured by a Necromancer and we happened to come across an expert at tracking down Necromancers. That won't do us any good considering none of you are Necromancers,”
    Alyerra whispered in Faelie “Tetri and Ky are here. They'll find us.”
    Senriala blinked at her daughter.
    “I'm getting really tired of this secret language,” Nasara snarled as her hand glowed on Alyerra's arm.
    Aly screamed as the stone in her pocket began to glow.
    Nasara released the divine energy. She did not notice the glowing pocket.
    ~~~~~
    “I don't know,” the Kerra whimpered before screaming again as he continued to transform.
    “I'll tell you what'sss wrong thisss screaming isss keeping me awake!” Mordenair shouted.
    Mordedana continued downstairs “You will stay out of thisss it doesssn't concern you.”
    “I don't take ordersss from traitorsss,” Mordenair hissed.
    Mordedana shook her head “I have a suspicion sssir. I think he might be becoming a werewolf for the first time...”
    Tygarr screamed again “H-help me please,” he whimpered

    ~~~~
    The orc lost his balance and tumbled down the stairs landing in a heap at the bottom
    Aismi cheered.
    Xiaminara looked around and saw the orcs carrying away the Kerra. She surrounded herself with music for a moment which caused her to vanish from sight before heading over to where they had thrown the Kerra. She sang Energizing Ballad to give the Kerra some more energy.
    ~~~~
    Lazzera sighed “No one knows what happened during the Commonlands Massacre. There are many rumors but the only ones who were there...” she indicated the four weapons. She sighed and continued walking
    The bow began to glow.
    ~~~~
    Kelauriel nodded and glided up the ramp as fast as her wings would carry her.
  11. Iksaress Member
    Lamia frowned back at Lazzera as she spoke. She shook her head and sighed softly, mourningly as she thought about the lives that were lost in such a massacre. She briefly turned towards the weapons again, noting the bow's glowing.
    She stayed silent, saying nothing as she continued to follow the Freeblood.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Ssalizzera frowned as she heard bits and pieces of the conversation downstairs at the cells. However, as the shouting stop, so did her ability to hear it. Once the conversation was out of her earshot, she shrugged.
    She sighed and sat down onto one of the benches nearby.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Ssulvex paced around in a circle for the longest time. She was hungry, certainly, but she wasn't tempted to ea-. 'Oh my..' she thought to herself, taking a sniff of the air. Kelauriel's scent quickly filled her nose, and her feral instincts quickly began to take over.
    She let out a loud, drawn out growl, and instantly started running towards the fae, licking her lips hungrily with a wild look in her eyes.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    The young Kerra woman was soon filled with the energy, her body briefly glowing. She grunted and soon stood up shortly after the orcs left. "Let me out of herrrre!" she raspily screamed. Somehow, the orcs had forgotten to lock her cage.
    The door pushed open with a creak and she dashed out, heading again towards the main deck.
    Immediately she launched herself at one of the orcs, her fingers spreading out and soon digging into the back of one of them. "Die, die, die!" she screeched.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Shiasia looked up from her nap in the bedroom suddenly. "H.. How did I get here?" she asked with a frown, looking around quickly. She then looked in her arms, where there was the small Nazsuss snuggled up against her.
    "I must've been more tired than I thought.." she said with a yawn. She took off the covers from herself and stood up, yawning again. She stepped out of her room and then headed down the ramp that led to the main floor.
    "Did I miss anything?" the groggy Ratongess asked, looking around to see if there was anyone here.
    ((Thanks for the wellwishes ^-^ ))
    Corlana nodded. "I have heard your names, yes. Please, come this way."
    ***
    Aloysiius walked through the door with the little ones. Bellacouste watched Hoddmimir eye the door warily before walking through.
    Hoddmimir took in the room with a scowl. "Can this place be anymore goody-good?"
    Bellacouste giggled behind him as the door shut. "Well, we's woulds likes more fluffy bunnies ands flowers, yis."
    ***
    Llew glanced at Kyriu, but did not respond to the young girl.
    ***
    Aleteriq squeezed his eye shut and continued to cling to Brienae.
    ***
    Vani giggled, but then noticed the pocket. "What's this, now?" She pointed the glow out to the other two.
    ***
    Alderman paused, baffled before his eyes narrowed suspiciously. "Can-can Kerrans turn into-?"
    ***
    Padparadisch held his breath as he walked the boy across the plank without incident.
    The priest rolled Captain Del over onto her back to examine the wound. He placed his hands over her and prayed. Del's face relaxed as the pain subsided to a dull throb. The priest took some bandages out and, with Rainer's help, got Del into a sitting position to wrap the wound.
    "Well, Rainer. Ya shoul' star' gettin' people back ter our ship. We'll scuttle this one an' decide a port."
    "Aye, Captain."
    Del looked up at Rainer. "Well, tha's yer cue. Git goin'."
    "Right, Captain." Rainer stood and called out to their crew. "Report!"
    "Forecastle's clear, First!"
    "Aye! So's th' Quarter!"
    "Lower decks bein' checked now!" Kal called over her shoulder, not taking her eyes from the orc cautiously. She looked for signs that he would get up again, or stay there permanently before reaching for the keys.
    Mazsra nodded as she wrung out her robe and followed Corlana
    Ziqua clasped the Iksar's hand tightly.
    Maheera followed with tail raised proudly.
    ~~~~
    Canty looked around “I likes its.”
    “Yis it is very nice,” Calarys agreed.
    Canty yawned. “Ares we's sleepings heres ors is theres somewheres elses?”
    All of the pinkies were fast asleep.
    ~~~~
    Kyriu waited and cursed “I decided to try Aly again,” she whispered to Llew in Koada'dal “She still won't answer...” she bit her lip “I hope it doesn't mean...” she couldn't bring herself to finish the thought. She took a deep breath and concentrated again “Aunt Senri won't answer either...”
    ~~~~~
    Nasara pulled the glowing stone out of Alyerra's pocket. The glow stopped.
    Alyerra was panting from the recent pain. Her throat was raw from her screams.
    “It's a trinket,” Senriala explained “It glows sometimes...”
    Jasala laughed “You were always a terrible liar. What is it really? Truth now Senriala or....
    Nasara moved her hand to Alyerra's neck. She smiled as she tapped her fingers on the Freeblood's neck “... she'll never make another sound,” she handed the stone to Vani “What do you think?”
    Alyerra managed to swallow and shake her head at her mother.
    Senriala blinked “Nasara please don't....”she pleaded
    ~~~~
    Brienae and Alteriq appeared in front of a large acorn. Brienae cautiously opened the door and glided in.
    “Lady Brienae.” Sivraj gasped “I did not expect you home for sometime,”
    Brienae sighed “I don't have much time Sivraj. Could you please see to it that Lord Remantle is comfortable until I get back?”
    “Where are you off to now?” came a female voice.
    Brienae's shoulders slumped “Mother I did not mean to wake you.”
    Lady De'Esalcoda glided down the stairs “I'm just glad you're home and safe.” she glanced at Alteriq.
    “Mother this is Lord Alteriq Redmantle, he is Lord and Lady Bindweed's grandson.”
    The mother Fae gasped “Oh poor bud.... where are your parents?” she thought perhaps the Bindweeds had another child than Ainmur. She had heard what happened but surely this child was far too young to be her child.
    ~~~~
    Mordedana sighed “With the rissk of sounding fesss... I don't mean to be rude Captain but the evidence woud suggessst yesss,”
    Tygarr made gave another scream which turned into a howl as he fell to his hands and knees. His hands and feet became paws.*
    “Werewolf?” Mordenair's scales paled “Get me out of here! I'm not staying down here with a werewolf!”
    Elena had transformed gracefully. She could hear the screams and howls from the infirmary on account of her hearing. She glanced at the Halfling Illusionist and whimpered. She focused on images of her fighting the Kerra. “I'm sorry...” she mentally whispered after trying to show the Illusionist what had happened and what she suspected was happening downstairs.
    ~~~~
    Aismi watched the orc closely. She saw a stir of movement and cast a spell. She hissed with pain as her cramped wings folded more against her cage. “I think he'll be out for awhile!” she shouted.
    The orc stopped moving.
    Xia watched the Kerra run back out. She looked around to be sure no one else was trapped in the room before following the Kerra back on deck “All clear... er over here.” she sighed realizing she would need to learn proper ship terms. She glanced at the orcs on the deck and the thought crossed her mind as to whether or not they counted as sentient.
    ~~~~
    The bow began to quiver and lift further from the water.
    Lazzera didn't seem to notice. “I'm afraid there isn't much left to see in the caves,” she sighed as she turned “That's odd...” she muttered I've never seen it do that before.” as she stopped to watch the glowing bow some rocks behind her fell to the ground and glowed with veins of red.
    ~~~~
    Kelauriel continued gliding. She did not like leaving her new friend but she thought perhaps it was best.
    ((* Based on the maze during Nights of the Dead I figure any sentient being in Norrath can become a werewolf since during the course of the maze you do,))
    ((Moving it forward. Sorry for such a long delay. Jump back in when you can, Ssen.))
    Corlana paused as she passed the Freeblood and Teir'dal. "Please excuse me. There is some urgent business I must attend to." She indicated a small sideroom to Mazsra. "We may speak in here."
    ***
    Bella pursed her lips. "Wells, theres is beds in the infirmary. We's let peoples sleeps in theres if they needs toos sometimes, if there is no's patients, of course." She indicated the right hand archway. "Is this ways." She walked through the arch and into the dining hall.
    Aloysiius made sure the children were still safely held and followed.
    ***
    Llew took a deep breath. "It will be alright." She continued to follow the young Teir'dal girl. "Is it much further?" She asked.
    ***
    Vani examined the stone. It did not look like anything special, just a pebble. But it had glowed and nearly anything could be made into a powerful artifact if the mage were skilled enough. She frowned. "I do not know anything of magic." She looked to Senriala. "But if this little...trinket...were just that, you would have no reason to lie and you are lieing. So, it must be something more than that. Something important?" She rolled it between her fingers and thumb. "Does it have something to do with my Padparadisch, perhaps?" As she held it it began to glow again. A malicious smile crept across her face. "Oh! It IS my Padparadisch! Is this a communication device?"
    ***
    Aleteriq fidgeted with the hem of his sleeve. His face flushed red. "Um..." He was not sure what to say.
    ***
    Padparadisch glanced around for one of the priests. One of them hurried over and began to examine the boy, who protested. Padparadisch was not sure what to say, but was saved from any further awkwardness when his pocket began to glow. He had forgotten that he had one of the stones and fished it out of his pocket. 'What?' he thought to the stone irritably.
    'Padparadisch?'
    He felt cold all of a sudden. Cold and sick and it had nothing to do with the sea air. He began to tremble as he urged his body to toss the stone into the sea, but he just froze.
    'No. No.'
    'My Padparadisch. Where are you?' came the silky voice's sing-song reply.
    'No. It can't be you. How did you get-'
    'I and the Mihariel sisters are entertaining a couple of guests here in Neriak. One of them had this stone on them. Why don't you come by for a visit, my Padparadisch? It would be ever so much more fun with you here.'
    'Who-?!' Padparadisch felt panic well up.
    'Come visit and see. You know how I like to surprise you.'
    He shakily held the stone out over the edge of the ship. He had planned for this, all those years ago when he came to Qeynos. Everything he needed he kept on him. His lyre, his hand drum, his daggers. Everything else, everyone else was expendable. He'd leave and never come back. Find somewhere else to hide. Somewhere else with cheap rent and a quick escape route. He had stayed in Qeynos too long anyway.
    But he had never planned on anyone else getting tangled up in it. Vani had a speaking stone, so obviously she had captured someone from the guild or a close enough friend. He dropped the stone into the sea and began to cast the call to Guild Hall spell that the bard had insisted he learn. They had portals and teleportation going all over Norrath there.
    ((I know Paddy is in a scene that shouldn't be moved forward until everyone can post again, but I figured that since he had made it to the other ship that he can just teleport away and they can notice when they come back around to the Lurln'ley.))
    ((Hope you can return soon Ssen. In other news have either of y'all invested in the Bard's Bag in the Marketplace? I was able to get one for Brienae and one for Alyerra.... not sure if poor Xiaminara will get one.))
    “That's fine,” Calish answered “We've waited a few years what's a few more minutes,”
    Telsianya focused on the kitten and shivered.
    “Enavra?” Calish asked worriedly “You look like you've seen a ghost,”
    “S-sort of,” Telsianya answered “It's a long story. The short of it I killed a prophetess who looked just like that young Kerra. Same markings exactly...”
    Ziqua released Mazsra's hand and walked over to the Freeblood
    Mazsra nodded and then sighed “Come along Ziqua,”
    “I-I just need a moment,” the kitten whispered. She touched Telsi's hand “You were following orrrders. You had not seen the light yet. She knows you have now and she wants you to know she has forrrgiven you.”
    Mazsra smiled as Ziqua returned to her side and they walked into the indicated room.
    Maheera trotted proudly after them.
    ~~~~
    Canty and Calarys continued to follow with awe.
    Fayberry snuggled more into the bard as she slept.
    ~~~~
    “Nope,” Casina answered “Just around this corner. She turned the corner as she spoke. There was a large gray building guarded by two Arasai in the doorway.
    “Now all we need to do is get past them,” Kyriu sighed.
    “Leave that to me,”
    Kyriu turned and gasped. She pointed towards a group of Tier'dal escorting two bound prisoners. She began to charge towards them.
    Tetri darted in front of her.
    “That's them,” Kyriu hissed “We're not going to let them take Aunt Senri and Aly in there are we?”
    ~~~~~
    “It appears you have your answer” Alyerra growled.
    “Is he coming?” the twins asked in unison.
    Senriala shook her head “Why would he come for us?”
    Alyerra swallowed and spoke to her mother in Faelie “You can still contact Kyriu with your stone,”
    Senriala swallowed before answering her daughter in the same language “I gave it to Lady Bindweed,”
    Nasara gripped Alyerra's throat tightly with her hand which had ceased glowing “Is there something you wish to share?”
    “You won't get away with this.” Alyerra managed “There are already people looking for us and trust me you don't want to see Tetriemmy Windfoot angry,”
    The large gray building loomed before them “There it is” Nasara said with a grin pointing.
    ~~~~~
    “Oh you needn't be afraid of me young bud,” Lady De'Esalcoda said mistranslating the hesitation “Sivraj do whatever you need to to make our guest comfortable,”
    Sivaj bowed and presented the young Koada'dal with a tray of cookies. “They are reasonably fresh My Lord,”
    The door opened and Lord Henris glided inside “Brienae?” he blinked his orange eyes.
    “Yes Father,” Brienae swallowed “Could I talk to you for a moment?”
    Henris raised an eyebrow “Of course child.” He glided into the kitchen followed by Brienae. His voice was quiet so his wife would not overhear. There was a possibility the young High-Elf might but that was alright. “What troubles you my bud?”
    “I need help tracking someone,” Brienae answered.
    “Brienae, I have taught you how to track.” Henris responed.
    “Yes Father, but I have never been as good as you. I need an expert I can trust.”
    Henris shook his head “Who do you need me to track?”
    Brienae swallowed “Lady Bindweed,” she hurriedly filled her father in on the events of the day.
    Henris shook his head “You and Tari are tied together somehow... I suspect you always have been. We leave immediately.”
    He glided out of the kitchen “My dear there is a late night meeting of the nobles I must attend. I think it is high time Brienae learned her way in court so I'm taking her with me.”
    Lady De'Esalcoda nodded “I haven't heard anything but oh shouldn't we all go as a family?”
    Henris glanced at Alteriq “My dear we have a young guest we can not leave him with only Sivraj to keep him company can we?”
    “I suppose not,” Lady De'Esalcoda agreed.
    Brienae stopped on her way out the door and whispered to Alteriq “I'll be back. I need you to stay here. Aright?”
    ((I'd love to get that bag for Aloysiius, but I really like the look of his cloak with his outfit so I think that since Paddy is always ready to run, that I should get it for him in the meantime.))
    Corlana closed the door behind them with a wave of her hand. It was a small sitting room used for quiet meditation and had a thick, but simple rug on the floor on which sat a variety of plain gray cushions. She produced a small notebook from her pocket and a charcoal writing stick then indicated the cushions. "Please, make yourselves comfortable."
    ***
    Padparadisch paused and quickly scanned the area in a paranoid fashion. He had only ever been to the Guild Hall once, when it was new and the meddling Troubadour had insisted he use the orb they had just bought for teleportation to learn the spell. He scowled at the bright, cheery hall and roughly pulled a map from his pocket to figure out where he should go. Ro was constantly sunny and hot. Everfrost and New Halas cold (although as a hermit he was sure that he could keep the house warm enough and never leave). Kelethin was just out of the question. He heard they lived in acorns there. The map kept drawing his eyes to Neriak though. He scowled at it and crumpled it up, tossing it to the floor angrily. He growled and spun around, punching his fist into the unbearably bright white marble. The growl turned into a ragged howl of anger and frustration that echoed through the hall.
    In the next room Aloysiius spun. He slipped the children down to the padded benches that lined the tables of the hall. "Stay here." He whispered. "I'm going to go see what that was."
    ***
    The Redmantles caught up to Kyriu and Tetri. "We can't rush in." Llew advised, scanning the scene before them.
    ***
    Vanimor pouted as the stone stopped glowing. "Well at least my Padparadisch knows where to find you now." She laughed. "I'll have to think of something special to welcome him home with!"
    ***
    Aleteriq looked, wide-eyed from Brienae to her mother. "A-alright." Gleipnir nudged his head into Aleteriq's hand to comfort him.
