A couple of years ago

    A couple of years ago we were able to upgrade our character to lvl 95 for free. Is that still a thing? Or is it overshadowed by the purchased lvl 100 upgrade? Thank you.

    You can't upgrade to lvl 95, only lvl 100.

    EDIT: Even though the sign up page says you can jump to level 95.

    They usually give a freebie boost near expansion time, but have to be on when it's running
