The news announcement has a date discrepancy, quote: "This year, Santa Glug's Curious Clerk is on the hunt for Chocolate Coins! From the time Frostfell begins on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 all the way through Wednesday, December 16, 2018 at 11:59 PM PT, when you purchase any of the 12 days of Frostfell items in the Holiday Bundles section of the Marketplace, you will receive between 1 and 10 Glug’s Chocolate Coin in-game currency! These coins can be given to Santa Glug’s Curious Clerk (who can be found in the the main areas of celebration in Freeport and Qeynos) in exchange for even more festive Frostfell items!" Is it meant to be ending on Wednesday, December 19, or on Sunday , December 16? I'd like to know before when to spend the chocolate coins
As long as you already have the coins, you can spend them at your leisure: From the news item: 12 days would be to Sunday, but a clarification would be helpful.
That is just to short a time, we wait all year and we have so many toons to do the quest not to mention the new expact to do that is just not right dang it!!!
You don't do any quests or anything to get the coins, you buy them with real money, so time should not be a factor except for payday, etc.
You do realize that the real 12 days of Christmas is between Dec. 26th and Jan. 6th ? Particularly in the USA we seem to celebrate Advent, Dec 1st thru Dec 24th. Other countries the giving of gifts is on Jan 6th which is Epiphany, when the 3 wise men visited. Jan 6th is also the start of the Mardi Gras season, and is called 12th Night or Yule.
