Not to rain on your parade or anything, but there are a lot websites out there with this information nowadays. One of my favorite ones is http://www.eq2ref.com/ Click Spell and Ability Lists, and then you can view skill by level, by progression view, or even compare them flat out against another tank (such as Guardian.) Also has decent information on all classes achievement trees as well, as far as being able to visually see them.
